Beautifully and thoughtfully upgraded, our static caravan holiday homes will provide luxurious accomodation during your visit, fully equipped with modern facilities including Widescreen Digital Multi Channel TV, Surround Sound Systems, DVD Players with a libray of DVD's to view, Radio/CD Components and X-Box games consoles with games. Plenty to do on a rainy day!

All bedrooms are equipped with TV's. Kitchens are provided with all the essential facilities as standard including fridge, toaster, gas hob & oven, ironing board, microwave and electric toaster.

The caravans have durable and attractive wood laminated floors, stainless steel sinks, electric heating, gas fires (use of gas & electric is included within the cost of your holiday) and electric towel rails to the bathroom areas. Dining suites and electric ventilation are again provided as standard within our unique holiday homes.

Continental quilts & pillows are provided in the bedrooms, guests need only bring covers & sheets.

Our energy friendly caravans have been upgraded with low voltage lighting.

The exteriors of both caravans have been landscaped, accommodating attended flower beds, exterior lighting, outside tables, chairs, loungers, a child's paddling pool, games and a BBQ provided as standard.

• A Security Deposit will be required by credit/ debit card or by cash due to value of extras within the caravans.
  
  
• Pets allowed on condition and with prior permission:
  One small dog per unit (£25 per week supplement).
  
  
• Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the caravans. Additional cleaning costs will be incurred if found to be the case.
  
  
• 3pm arrival time, 11am departure time.
  
  
• Collection & return of keys can be arranged from our offices in Chingford, London, alternatively we can meet you at the caravan.
