Q1. Do you offer short breaks other than week breaks?
We offer either weekend, midweek, week, or 2 week bookings. Certain peak weeks are weekly only bookings only – commencing on a Friday or Saturday.

Q2. Are pets and same sex groups acceptable?
We allow one small dog (certain restrictions apply) for a additional fee of £25 per break for up to a week. Unfortunately, we do not allow same sex groups as Allhallows is primarily a family park.

Q3. Are entertainment passes included in your price?
In short, No. Entertainment passes are not included in the listed prices shown on our price and availability section. For further information please visit the park facilities section.

Q4. Are there any additional costs to the listed price?
The price is fully inclusive of mains gas and electric. We do require a security deposit of A security deposit of between £50-£100 in addition to the listed price, however this will be refunded should the caravan be deemed free of damage incurred from the date of your arrival. Refund of the security deposit is usually made within 7 days of your departure.

Q5. Do you offer discounts for multiple week bookings?
Yes we do. A two week booking would currently receive a £50 discount on the combined weekly list price. This may be more or less subject to our discression and special offers available at the time of booking.

Q6. How do I make a booking and do you require a deposit?
You can make an online booking via our price and availability section by clicking 'Book Now' against the week required. A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance required no later than 28 days prior to your holiday commencement date. Please feel free to contact us by other methods regarding bookings should you wish to dicuss any issues concerning the booking procedure or have questions relating to the caravan and park facilities.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Personal Cheque, Postal Order and Credit Card payment methods.

Q8. Will I receive booking confirmation and how do I collect keys?
On receipt of the initial deposit you will receive a full confirmation pack in the post together with an acknowledgement letter. On receipt of balance payment a written invoice will be sent in the post with the relevant documentation allowing you to collect keys and passes from reception on arrival.

Q9. Do you offer holiday insurance?
No. Personal travel insurance remains the responsibility of all occupants whether individual or as a group on the whole.

Q10. Do I require my own linen?
Duvets and pillows are provided, however you will require your own bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. In addition you will be required to bring your own towels, tea towels and wash cloths. All caravans have 4x single beds, 1x double size bed and 1x double fold-out bed to lounge areas.

Q11. At what time may I occupy the caravan on date of arrival?
You may not occupy the caravan until 3pm on the date of arrival. Please ensure the you vacate the caravan by 11am on date of departure to allow the cleaner sufficient time to prepare the van for the following occupants.

Q13. What Will I Need To Bring With Me?
Our caravan holiday homes are fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. You will need to remember washing up materials, towels, tea towels, cleaning cloths and toiletries (including toilet rolls!). Duvets & pillows are provided but you will require bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
To collect the caravan keys and entertainment passes from reception on arrival you must remember to bring your key release form (issued on full balance payment).
